Be sure that your booking has gone through by checking your email - new accounts are sometimes looped through the booking area twice since the appointment won't be saved until you have a user account to attribute it to. You should have a confirmation email of your appointment. You can also check the dashboard on the account you create to view upcoming appointments.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before your appointment time. You can do this directly from the confirmation email you receive. If you have any trouble with this, feel free to reach out via phone (text/call) or email.
If you need to cancel your appointment after that point, you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment UNLESS you find someone to take the appointment time for you and notify me of this change before your appointment time. If your replacement person does not show up, you will still be responsible for the cost of the session.
The session fee will be waived in the case of illness if I am notified before the appointment time. I definitely do not want you coming in if you are ill with something contagious, but please let me know as soon as you can so I can adjust accordingly. The fee may also be waived in the case of an emergency or unsafe driving conditions.
