I am passionate about helping people feel their best so they can live life to the fullest.

In my jobs before coming to massage therapy, I worked with people with special needs, those reintegrating into society after prison time, and elderly folks who need help with most tasks of daily living. Supporting people where they are looks very different depending on the the person and the situation. There is no one size that will fit all.

 

I approach massage the same way.

Every massage will be different because every person is different, and even the same person's needs will change over time. I delight in figuring out the best way to help you meet your goals that help you live your life richly, whether you are looking for pain relief, increased mobility, or speeding up a recovery after a surgery.
